Material Selection:
When making this exquisite giant metal whale, we chose high-quality 304 stainless steel as the raw material. This is because it is extremely resistant to corrosion. Of course, if your sculpture would be in a high salt environment (i.e. a seaside environment), 316 stainless steel would be a better choice. Because it contains 3% molybdenum, it is more resistant to industrial acids and alkaline solutions. You could choose materials based on the environment the sculpture would be in.
Sculpture Process:

We usually make the inner skeleton of the sculpture first. We welded the inner frame of the sculpture with stainless steel tube and stainless flat steel. And we use a full welding process to weld every place. We also apply three coats of anti-rust paint all over the skeleton. Therefore, there will be no hidden dangers and rust in the welding of the sculpture. After that is cutting, forging, welding, surface treatment, and so on. We have a professional QC team to supervise and test every step, and strictly control the quality of every detail.
