The Process of Confirming the Design of the Stainless Steel Bird Sculpture?
Preliminary Prototype:
In the beginning, our client was not really sure about the color and design of the sculpture. He told us about his expectations and requirements for the sculpture. So after studying a series of photos of birds, our designers took the prototype of the long-tailed silver-throated tit as inspiration and made some design adjustments for our clients to make the whole sculpture look more agile and cute.
Color Matching:
In the beginning, our client was not really sure about the color of the sculpture. Therefore, in order to allow customers to have a variety of choices, we can choose the most suitable color for their sculptures. Our designer renders the color of the sculpture according to the client’s needs and some of her own thinking. There are green and rose red, green and yellow, and red and orange. Each combination has different characteristics and beauty.
Scene Collocation:
Then our client sent us photos of the scene where it was about to install this sculpture. Our designers also easily match the colors and scenes selected by the customers. So after our customers saw this scene with drawings, they were very satisfied. The design was quickly confirmed and the progress of the order was pushed forward.
The Production Process of Stainless Steel Bird Sculpture:
Then comes our steps to make this stainless steel bird sculpture. We will first choose 304 stainless steel as the raw material to ensure the high quality of the sculpture. In the production process, we will use the full welding process. And every arc of the sculpture is hand-forged by our artisans. For the coloring of the sculpture, we chose car paint. Therefore, the color of this stainless steel sculpture will be guaranteed to be bright for a long time.
