Large-Scale Sculpture Commissions
For projects that involve significant scale, custom engineering, and high expectations for finish and execution, experience matters. Since 1983, we have been engaged in sculpture manufacturing, and since the 1990s our work has increasingly focused on stainless steel metal sculpture for large outdoor, architectural, and commercial applications.
We support custom commissions for landmark features, hospitality projects, commercial environments, public spaces, and other large-format installations. We also handle multi-unit orders where consistency, scheduling, and production control are essential. From design review and fabrication planning to surface finishing, packing, and delivery, we approach each project with careful coordination and practical manufacturing understanding, including the requirements of complex fabrication at substantial scale.
Our clients include developers, hotel groups, designers, artists, and project teams looking for a fabrication partner who can manage complexity with clarity. For high-value sculpture projects, we believe dependable communication, disciplined production, and long-term reliability are just as important as appearance.

Sculpture for UAE Real Estate Company
We created this sculpture for a real estate company in the United Arab Emirates. The client initially placed an order for one sculpture to evaluate our craftsmanship and overall quality. After receiving the first piece and confirming that it met their expectations, they were very satisfied with the result.
Since then, whenever their company has needed sculptures for new projects or related requirements, they have consistently returned to work with us. This ongoing cooperation reflects their trust in our product quality, workmanship, and reliable service. We are proud to have built a long-term partnership with them through our commitment to high standards and customer satisfaction.

Design Consultation: We begin by understanding your project goals, design preferences, site conditions, and technical requirements. Based on our experience in custom sculpture fabrication, we provide practical guidance on scale, material, finish, structure, and overall production feasibility.
Concept Development: After the initial discussion, we work with you to refine the concept through sketches, renderings, and 3D models. This helps present the form, proportion, and visual effect of the sculpture more clearly before production begins.
Site Analysis: We review the installation site with attention to dimensions, terrain, surrounding structures, access conditions, and environmental exposure. This helps us evaluate the practical requirements of placement, fabrication, transport, and installation, while ensuring the sculpture is properly considered in relation to its setting.
Structural Engineering: For large outdoor sculptures, structural planning is an essential part of the process. We assess the design, dimensions, material, and site conditions to determine appropriate structural support and installation requirements, helping ensure long-term stability and practical feasibility.
Factory Visits Welcome
We believe long-term cooperation is built on transparency, clear communication, and consistent execution. Our role is not only to fabricate high-quality sculptures, but also to support projects in a way that gives clients confidence in the process, the production standards, and the final result.
For clients who wish to better understand our working methods, factory visits can be arranged by appointment. Visiting the factory offers a direct view of our production environment, fabrication process, and quality control practices. We see this level of openness as an important part of building trust and supporting long-term partnerships.

you asked we answer
How large can a sculpture be? Are there size limitations?
In theory, large stainless steel sculptures do not have strict size limits. However, in practice, the final dimensions are influenced by factors such as transportation, installation conditions, and structural safety. We usually work closely with clients to determine the most suitable size based on the site, visual proportions, and surrounding architecture, ensuring the sculpture feels impactful without appearing overwhelming or out of balance.
Can the design be fully customized based on my ideas?
Yes, absolutely. Clients can provide sketches, reference images, or even just a basic concept. Our team will assist in refining the design through 3D modeling, structural analysis, and visual renderings. In many cases, even a simple idea can evolve into a distinctive landmark piece.
How long does production take?
The production timeline typically ranges from 30 to 90 days, depending on the complexity of the project. From design confirmation and model creation to forging, welding, and polishing, each step requires careful craftsmanship and cannot be rushed.
How is the sculpture transported? Will it be damaged?
Large sculptures are usually fabricated in sections and then transported for on-site assembly. We use professional packaging methods such as wooden crates and steel frames, and carefully plan transportation routes in advance. For international projects, we select the most suitable shipping method, whether by sea or air, to ensure safe delivery.
Is installation complicated? Do we need to hire our own team?
This depends on the sculpture design and your specific needs. We provide detailed installation drawings and can arrange for professional teams to guide or complete the installation on-site. We also coordinate in advance regarding foundation work, embedded parts, and power supply (if lighting or water features are involved). Alternatively, we can provide remote guidance if you prefer to work with your own local installation team.
Can lighting or water features be incorporated?
Yes, definitely. Many large sculptures are designed with integrated lighting, fountains, or interactive elements. These features allow the sculpture to present different visual effects during the day and at night, often becoming the focal point of the entire space.
