About the Original Sculpture:
The original of this sculpture is located on the Las Vegas Strip. The avant-garde design of “The Park” celebrates its Mojave context and restores what Las Vegas once was – an oasis in the desert. Las Vegas is located in an extremely challenging arid region, exposed to sunlight, heat, sandstorms, and lack of water. All design elements moderate these extremes to create the most enjoyable urban experience possible. Iconic shade structures, water features, and desert-planted, drought-resistant trees help moderate the Las Vegas heat. The Park uses “best management practice” sustainable water use guidelines.
About the Installation of Large Urban Art Sculpture:
