Q4: Do you accept custom orders?

For custom orders, these items may also be ordered by calling or emailing us. Please include all specifications, and attach pictures (if needed), include (if applicable) your own design that you want to have designed per your specifications. (1) The Best Way: T/T
Go to your local bank. Fill in all the details on to the T/T order form. Please make sure that you have written our account name and account number correctly.
T/T the Grand Total amount and pay for all bank charges (extra 8.5USD). We will not ship out the goods if we have received less money than the amount stated on the ’Grand Total’ (usually due to the purchaser who had not pay for the receiver’s T/T charges). Send an email to us telling the payment sender name. A scanned copy of the bank slip is preferred.

A: Yes. We will keep you posted with production photos. We will not pack the products until we get your approval on the final products. cancel your order after it has been placed. 1) Express Delivery (Doorway)
You must evaluate the cargo for heavy sculptures and the cargo should be assessed by case, but this is the shortest shipping method. The delivery time is 4-5 business days (not included on weekends).
2) Airport to Airport
The shipping method is suitable for a large amount of luggage that requires rapid delivery, but the customer must perform customs clearance. The shipping rate in this way is less than the express delivery of a large parcel.
3) Seaport to Seaport
As for sculptures, generally, shipping via the sea is relatively cheap, so you may want to go this way, but shipping will take about four weeks
