Design Concept Review and Project Evaluation
Every project starts with understanding, not production.
Clients may provide sketches, reference images, or only a design concept. At this stage, we focus on understanding the artistic intention, site conditions, and expected scale. Viewing distance, environment, and material suitability are discussed early to avoid problems later.
This step helps clients clarify their ideas and helps us identify technical challenges before design development begins.
3D Modeling and Visual Confirmation
Design ideas must become visible and measurable.
Based on the confirmed concept, we create a detailed 3D model. This allows clients to see proportions, curves, and overall form clearly before fabrication. It also helps adjust details that are difficult to explain through words alone.
Design revisions are handled at this stage until the model fully meets the client’s expectations. Only after design approval do we move forward.
This stage is especially important for design-focused clients.
Technical Design and Structural Planning
A sculpture must be beautiful and safe at the same time.
After design confirmation, technical planning begins. This includes material selection, internal structure design, and fabrication methods. For large or outdoor sculptures, wind load, long-term exposure, and installation conditions are carefully considered.
This stage ensures that the sculpture can be produced, transported, and installed safely.
Fabrication and Quality Control
Craftsmanship defines the final result.
During fabrication, welding accuracy, surface finishing, and dimensional control are strictly managed. Each major process is inspected to ensure consistency and quality.
Different materials require different treatments. Stainless steel focuses on clean welding and smooth polishing. Weathering steel focuses on controlled surface behavior over time.
This stage reflects the factory’s real manufacturing strength.
Factory Trial Installation and Inspection
Problems should be solved before delivery.
Before shipment, key sculptures are pre-assembled in the factory to check structure, connections, and overall appearance. This reduces installation risks and helps clients confirm the final result in advance.
Photos, videos, and measurements are provided for client review and approval.
Packing, Shipping, and Installation Support
A project is complete only after safe installation.
After approval, sculptures are carefully packed for international transport. We also provide installation drawings, including foundation details, fixing methods, and lifting points.
These documents help local installation teams work efficiently and safely on site, even for large-scale projects.
