This beautiful rose sculpture was custom-made by one of our American clients. The flower part of this rose is red and looks very realistic. Its branches are beautifully highly polished. The highly polished silver finish adds a modern element and style to it. The combination of silver and red makes this metal sculpture look very beautiful and attractive. Put the Customer’s Needs First:
In the process of customizing this sculpture, we also encountered some problems. If you directly combine the flowers and branches of the sculpture, customers would pay more for shipping and increase the cost. So after a lot of discussions with the design, the client, and the production and shipping teams, we came up with a perfect solution for our client. That is to separate the flowers from the branches and reserve a part of the stainless steel tube under the flowers. This could be inserted directly into the hollow branch below during installation. Customers could choose glue or welding. These could guarantee the long-term use of the sculpture. Our client customized this sculpture in 2019, and it is located in Florida, which has frequent high winds, heavy rain, thunderstorms, and hurricanes. But our three-year-old sculpture is still bright and beautiful.
Customized Process:
For this large rose flower statue, YouFine had a strict set of ordering steps. 1. Our American customer confirms the design with us, and then the designer draws out the drawing. 2. Make the skeleton and outline the approximate shape. 3. Cut out suitable stainless steel sheets and weld them together according to the design. During the process, our craftsmen would hand forge the shape of the stainless steel sheet many times, ensuring its beauty and artistry. When welding, we choose the process of full welding. In this way, our sculptures could serve you longer. 4. Surface treatment. After the rosettes are sanded, they are painted red with car paint. The branches would be further processed after grinding, and the grinding would become a mirror effect.
Fun Story about this Sculpture:
Recently one of our clients contacted us to customize a metal flower sculpture. He sent us a picture he took on the street. When we received an email from this client, we found out that this was a sculpture we had previously made for another of our clients, this rose sculpture.
